狮城生活 (Local Life SG) Privacy Policy
狮城生活 (“Local Life SG”, the “app”) is operated by KAIDER MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. (Singapore) (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data the app and its services collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Data we collect
You can browse news, the community and the store menu without an account. An account is needed only when you interact (like, comment, post), place an order, or use LU COIN membership points.

2. Data that stays on your device
- Your sign-in token and a copy of your profile are kept in the device’s secure storage so you stay signed in. The token is sent with your requests to authenticate you; signing out removes it.
- The app keeps information about the installed app update on the device.
3. Device permissions
- Photos: only to choose photos you want to attach to a post.
The app does not use the camera or microphone and does not request your location. You can turn these permissions off at any time in your device settings. The rest of the app keeps working.
4. Photos you upload
Photos attached to posts are stored with our storage provider Cloudflare (R2) under a random file name and are shown in the app; anyone with the link can view them. We store the image file as you uploaded it and do not currently remove embedded metadata (such as camera or location tags). If you do not want such metadata kept, remove it before uploading.
5. Service providers and other parties
- LU COIN account and wallet service (operated by us): sign-in, the email verification code, your account profile and your LU points. Its own privacy policy is at lucoin-api.kaider.sg/privacy. One account signs in to both apps.
- Email delivery: sign-in codes are sent through our mail server.
- Store ordering system: orders you place are sent, through our server, to the ordering system of 陆老师小厨房 (Teacher Lu’s Kitchen), which receives the order details and contact information above so the store can prepare, hand over or deliver your order, and keeps its own order records.
- Payment: you pay with PayNow. The app shows a PayNow QR code generated by the store’s ordering system and you pay in your own banking app. We do not receive or store your bank account or card details.
- News: headlines come from Channel NewsAsia (CNA). We show a Chinese translation of the headline and a link; opening an article loads CNA’s website in an in-app browser, where CNA’s own policy applies. To translate headlines, only the public headline and excerpt are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI, through our own AI gateway); none of your data is sent.
- AI content accounts: some community accounts are labelled as official content accounts (官方内容号), and AI-written ones are also marked AI. When an AI account replies to a post, the title and text of that post and the poster’s display name are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI, through our own AI gateway) to write the reply; your email address, account ID and other account data are not sent. AI accounts do not post or reply in the Friends channel.
- Hosting, storage and backups: our data is held on servers we operate; photos are stored and delivered through Cloudflare R2; database backups are also stored with Cloudflare R2 and on our own servers.
These providers process data only to provide their service to us, or under their own privacy policies for data you send them directly. We do not sell personal data. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics and do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
6. Retention
We keep account data, content and your order history for as long as your account exists. Content you delete or that is hidden by moderation is removed from the app but may be kept for moderation records. The store keeps its own order records for its business and tax purposes. Sign-in sessions last up to one year; signing out ends them. Reverse-proxy access logs are kept for about 14 days. Database backups are kept for up to six months, so deleted data may remain in a backup until it expires.
7. Your choices and rights
You can sign out at any time and change device permissions in your settings. To access, correct or delete your personal data, or to delete your account, email lu@kaider.sg from the address you use to sign in. We will respond within 30 days. Because the same account is used for the LU COIN app, account deletion is handled together with the LU COIN account service; it removes your account, posts, comments, photos and order history from our systems, except records we or the store must keep by law and public blockchain records described in the LU COIN policy.
Deleting your account in the app: Me → 账号与隐私 (Account & privacy) → 删除账号 (Delete account), then confirm. In one step this deletes your 狮城生活 posts, photos, comments, likes, reports, block list and order history, and closes the shared LU COIN account (all sign-in sessions end, the profile is erased, the LU balance is cleared; the LU COIN policy describes what that service keeps). If the LU COIN service declines or is unavailable, nothing is deleted and you can try again later or email us. Accounts reserved for app review and staff accounts cannot be deleted in the app. If you delete the shared account from the LU COIN app instead, the LU COIN account service notifies our server at that moment and your 狮城生活 data listed above is deleted automatically; you do not need to contact us.
8. Age
The app is for adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe someone under 18 has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version at this address with a new effective date.
狮城生活 隐私政策
狮城生活（以下称「App」）由 KAIDER MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.（新加坡）（以下称「我们」）运营。本政策说明 App 及其服务收集哪些个人数据、如何使用，以及你可以做的选择。我们按照新加坡《个人数据保护法 2012》（PDPA）处理个人数据。

1. 我们收集的数据
浏览新闻、社区和门店菜单不需要账号。只有在互动（点赞、评论、发布）、下单或使用 LU COIN 会员积分时才需要登录。

2. 只保存在你设备上的数据
- 登录 token 和你的资料副本保存在设备的安全存储里，用于保持登录；token 会随请求发送以证明身份，退出登录即删除。
- App 会在设备上保存当前安装的更新信息。
3. 设备权限
- 照片：仅用于选择要附在帖子里的照片。
App 不使用相机和麦克风，也不请求你的位置。你可以随时在设备设置里关闭这些权限，App 的其余功能照常使用。
4. 你上传的照片
帖子附带的照片以随机文件名保存在我们的存储服务商 Cloudflare（R2），并在 App 内显示，拿到链接的任何人都能查看。图片文件按你上传时的原样保存，目前不会去除内嵌的元数据（如相机或位置信息）；不希望保留的话，请在上传前自行去除。
5. 服务提供方与其他相关方
- LU COIN 账号与钱包服务（由我们运营）：登录、邮箱验证码、账号资料和 LU 积分。其隐私政策见 lucoin-api.kaider.sg/privacy。两个 App 共用同一个账号。
- 邮件发送：验证码通过我们的邮件服务器发送。
- 门店点单系统：你下的订单经我们的服务器发送到陆老师小厨房的点单系统，该系统收到上面所列的订单内容和联系信息，用于备餐、交付或外送，并保留其自己的订单记录。
- 付款：使用 PayNow 付款。App 显示门店点单系统生成的 PayNow 二维码，你在自己的银行 App 里付款。我们不会收到或保存你的银行账户或银行卡信息。
- 新闻：标题来自 Channel NewsAsia（CNA）。我们显示翻译成中文的标题和链接；点开文章会在 App 内置浏览器里加载 CNA 网站，适用 CNA 自己的政策。为翻译标题，只把公开的标题和简介发送给我们的 AI 服务商（OpenAI，经我们自己的 AI 网关），不发送你的任何数据。
- AI 内容号：社区里有些账号标注为「官方内容号」，其中由 AI 撰写的另标「AI」。AI 号回复某条帖子时，会把该帖的标题、正文和发帖人的昵称发送给我们的 AI 服务商（OpenAI，经我们自己的 AI 网关）以生成回复；不会发送你的邮箱、账号 ID 等账号数据。AI 号不在交友频道发帖或回复。
- 托管、存储与备份：数据保存在我们运营的服务器上；照片通过 Cloudflare R2 存储和分发；数据库备份另存于 Cloudflare R2 和我们自己的服务器。
这些服务方只为向我们提供服务而处理数据；你直接发给它们的数据适用它们各自的隐私政策。我们不出售个人数据，不使用第三方广告或统计服务，不跨其他公司的 App 或网站跟踪你。
6. 保存期限
账号数据、内容和你的订单记录在账号存续期间保存。你删除的或被审核隐藏的内容会从 App 中移除，但可能作为审核记录保留。门店为经营和税务需要保留其自己的订单记录。登录会话最长一年，退出登录即结束。反向代理访问日志保留约 14 天。数据库备份最长保留六个月，因此已删除的数据可能在备份过期前仍存在于备份中。
7. 你的选择与权利
你可以随时退出登录，并在设置里更改设备权限。要查阅、更正或删除你的个人数据，或删除账号，请用你登录所用的邮箱发邮件至 lu@kaider.sg，我们会在 30 天内回复。由于与 LU COIN App 共用账号，删除账号会与 LU COIN 账号服务一并处理：从我们的系统删除你的账号、帖子、评论、照片和订单记录，我们或门店依法必须保留的记录以及 LU COIN 政策所述的公开区块链记录除外。
在 App 内删除账号：我的 → 账号与隐私 → 删除账号，确认后一步完成：删除你在狮城生活的帖子、照片、评论、点赞、举报、屏蔽名单和订单记录，并注销共用的 LU COIN 账号（所有登录会话失效、资料抹掉、LU 余额清零；LU COIN 政策说明该服务保留哪些记录）。如果 LU COIN 服务拒绝或暂时不可用，则什么都不会删除，你可以稍后再试或发邮件给我们。App 审核专用账号和管理员账号不能在 App 内删除。如果你是在 LU COIN App 里注销共用账号，LU COIN 账号服务会在注销时通知我们的服务器，你在狮城生活的上述数据会自动一并删除，不需要另外联系我们。
8. 年龄
App 供年满 18 岁的成年人使用，不面向 18 岁以下人士，我们不会有意收集他们的数据。如果你认为有未满 18 岁的人向我们提供了个人数据，请发邮件告诉我们，我们会删除。
9. 政策变更
本政策如有修改，我们会在本地址发布新版本并更新生效日期。
