狮城生活 (Local Life SG) Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
狮城生活 (“Local Life SG”, the “app”) is operated by KAIDER MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. (Singapore) (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, signing in, posting, commenting or otherwise using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Your account
- You can browse news, the community, merchants and services without an account. An account is needed only to interact (like, comment, post) or to use LU COIN membership features.
- Sign-in uses your email address and a one-time code. The account is shared with the LU COIN app. Keep your email account and device secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the app.
- You can sign out at any time, and delete your account in the app under Me → 账号与隐私 (Account & privacy) → 删除账号 (Delete account), or by emailing us from the address you signed in with.
2. Community guidelines — zero tolerance for objectionable content
The community is for sharing life in Singapore. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, comment or send:
- content that is illegal under Singapore law, or that promotes illegal activity;
- pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, or any sexual content involving minors;
- violence, threats, self-harm encouragement, terrorism or extremist content;
- harassment, bullying, hate speech, or attacks on a person or group based on race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar grounds;
- scams, fraud, pyramid or “get-rich” schemes, counterfeit goods, or unsolicited advertising and spam;
- other people’s personal data (doxxing), impersonation of any person, company or official account, or false information that may harm others;
- content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, or that you do not have the right to share.
Posts are reviewed by our moderators before they are published. Comments may be reviewed before or after they appear. We may remove or hide any content, limit features, or suspend or terminate any account at any time and without notice when these guidelines are breached, and we may reverse LU COIN rewards obtained through abuse.
3. Reporting, blocking and how we respond
- Report a post from the ··· menu at the top-right of the post, and a comment by long-pressing it. You can also report by email.
- Block a user from the same menus. A blocked user’s posts and comments are hidden from you immediately; manage your blocked list under Me → 账号与隐私.
- We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours: content that breaches these guidelines is removed and the user who posted it is ejected from the community.
4. Your content
- You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, reproduce, display and distribute your content within the app and related services for as long as it is on the service, so that the community features can work.
- You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the right to share it, including any photos of other people.
- When you delete content or your account, it is removed from the app as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. LU COIN membership points
- LU COIN (“LU”) is the membership-points programme of the LU COIN app, operated by us. You earn LU for using our services and for community activity we specify (for example a first post), and you use LU for a 10% discount per item at partner merchants.
- LU is recorded as a non-transferable token on a blockchain. LU cannot be transferred to another person, traded, exchanged for cash or withdrawn, and has no monetary value.
- Reward rules and amounts may change, and rewards obtained through abuse (such as duplicate accounts or automated posting) may be reversed. The LU COIN app’s own terms also apply to your LU account.
6. Merchants, services and information
- At partner merchants you pay the merchant directly in Singapore dollars; the discount is applied by the merchant when you use LU for an item. Goods and services are provided by the merchant, which is responsible for them.
- Service projects shown in the app (for example immigration, housing, education and business services) are provided under their own agreements and prices; nothing in the app is legal, financial or immigration advice.
- News items are summaries that link to the original publisher; the original article governs.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the app or its servers, scrape content, create accounts automatically, or circumvent moderation, limits or security measures.
- Only our clearly labelled official and AI content accounts may post automatically; they are marked 官方 (official) or AI in the app.
8. Online orders
- Orders you place in the app are placed with the store shown (currently 陆老师小厨房 / Teacher Lu’s Kitchen), which prepares, hands over or delivers your order. Prices, availability, pickup times and delivery areas are as shown on the order page and confirmed by the store.
- You pay with PayNow using the QR code shown in the app. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed; an unpaid order is not prepared.
- Questions about an order, including changes, cancellations and refunds, are handled by the store. You can also email lu@kaider.sg and we will pass your request on.
9. Disclaimers, liability and termination
- The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Singapore law we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or from content posted by other users.
- We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If we change these terms, we will post the new version at this address with a new effective date; continued use after the change means you accept it.

狮城生活（以下称「App」）由 KAIDER MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.（新加坡）（以下称「我们」）运营。注册账号、登录、发帖、评论或以其他方式使用 App，即表示你同意本协议和我们的隐私政策。不同意请不要使用 App。

- 浏览新闻、社区、商户和服务不需要账号；只有互动（点赞、评论、发布）或使用 LU COIN 会员功能时才需要。
- 登录用邮箱加一次性验证码，账号与 LU COIN App 共用。请保管好你的邮箱和设备，你对账号下的活动负责。
- 注册账号和使用 App 须年满 18 岁。
- 你可以随时退出登录，并在 App 内「我的 → 账号与隐私 → 删除账号」删除账号，或用登录邮箱发邮件给我们申请删除。
2. 社区规范——对违规内容零容忍
社区用于分享在新加坡的生活。我们对违规内容和滥用行为零容忍。你不得发布、评论或发送：
- 违反新加坡法律或教唆违法的内容；
- 色情、露骨或带性暗示的内容，以及任何涉及未成年人的性内容；
- 暴力、威胁、鼓励自残、恐怖主义或极端主义内容；
- 骚扰、霸凌、仇恨言论，或基于种族、宗教、国籍、性别、性取向、残障等的攻击；
- 诈骗、欺诈、传销或「快速致富」项目、假冒商品，以及未经许可的广告和垃圾信息；
- 他人的个人资料（人肉）、冒充任何个人、公司或官方账号，以及可能伤害他人的虚假信息；
- 侵犯著作权、商标或其他权利的内容，或你无权分享的内容。
帖子由审核人员审核后才发布；评论可能在显示前或显示后审核。违反本规范时，我们可以随时、不另行通知地删除或隐藏内容、限制功能、暂停或终止账号，并可收回通过滥用获得的 LU COIN 奖励。
3. 举报、屏蔽与我们的处理
- 举报帖子：帖子右上角「···」；举报评论：长按评论。也可以发邮件举报。
- 屏蔽用户：同一菜单。屏蔽后对方的帖子和评论立刻不再显示给你；在「我的 → 账号与隐私」管理已屏蔽名单。
- 我们会在 24 小时内处理违规内容的举报：删除违规内容，并把发布者清出社区。
4. 你的内容
- 你发布的内容归你所有。为了让社区功能运作，你授予我们非独占、免费、全球范围的许可，在内容留在服务上的期间，在 App 及相关服务内存储、复制、展示和分发它。
- 你对自己的内容负责，并确认有权分享它，包括含有他人的照片。
- 删除内容或账号后，内容按隐私政策所述从 App 中移除。
5. LU COIN 会员积分
- LU COIN（「LU」）是我们运营的 LU COIN App 的会员积分计划。使用我们的服务以及我们指定的社区活动（例如首帖）可获得 LU，在联盟商户按商品使用 LU 享九折。
- LU 以不可转让的币记录在区块链上。LU 不能转给他人、不能交易、不能兑换现金或提取，没有货币价值。
- 奖励规则和数额可能调整；通过滥用（如重复账号、自动发帖）取得的奖励可被收回。你的 LU 账号同时受 LU COIN App 自身条款约束。
6. 商户、服务与信息
- 在联盟商户消费时，你直接以新币付给商户；使用 LU 时由商户对该商品打九折。商品和服务由商户提供并负责。
- App 内展示的服务项目（如移民、住房、教育、商业服务）按各自的协议和价格提供；App 内的内容不构成法律、财务或移民建议。
- 新闻为摘要并链接到原发布方，以原文为准。
7. 使用规则
- 不得干扰 App 或服务器、抓取内容、自动注册账号，或绕过审核、限制和安全措施。
- 只有我们明确标注的官方与 AI 内容号可以自动发布，它们在 App 内标有「官方」或「AI」。
8. 在线点单
- 你在 App 里下的订单由页面所示门店（目前为陆老师小厨房）接单，由门店备餐、交付或外送。价格、供应、取餐时间和外送范围以下单页显示并经门店确认为准。
- 使用 App 显示的 PayNow 二维码付款。付款确认后订单才生效；未付款的订单不会备餐。
- 订单相关问题，包括修改、取消和退款，由门店处理；也可以发邮件到 lu@kaider.sg，我们会转交。
9. 免责、责任与终止
- App 按「现状」提供。在新加坡法律允许的范围内，我们不保证服务不中断或无错误，对因使用 App 或其他用户发布的内容造成的间接或衍生损失不承担责任。
- 违反本协议时我们可以暂停或终止你的使用。你可以随时停止使用并删除账号。
10. 适用法律与变更
本协议适用新加坡法律。本协议如有修改，我们会在本地址发布新版本并更新生效日期；修改后继续使用即表示接受。
