Delete your 狮城生活 (Lion City Life) account
In the app
Me → 账号与隐私 (Account & privacy) → 删除账号 (Delete account), then confirm. This deletes your posts, photos, comments, likes, reports, block list and order history, and closes the shared LU COIN account.
Without the app
Email lu@kaider.sg from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and delete the account and the data above within 30 days.
What we keep
Records we or the store must keep by law (for example order records for tax purposes) and public blockchain records described in the LU COIN policy. Database backups expire within six months. Details: Privacy Policy, section 7.
